We are recognised as experts in enabling people with histories of
long stays in institutional services, trauma related presentations and
frequent placement breakdowns, to finally have a bespoke home
with the right support and clinical oversight that enables people to
thrive. With a 99% placement success rate over the last year, we
accompany people through a journey that offers stability, in depth
understanding and acceptance, and is focused on the things that
matter to people and their wellbeing.
We joined the National Day of Action for Social Care in London
in February, advocating for a stronger, more sustainable future
for social care. Through collaboration and collective voice, we are
working to influence policy and practice that better supports those
we serve and the dedicated teams who support them.
Looking ahead, we remain ambitious to increase our impact. We
plan to expand our reach, enhance our digital capabilities, and
further embed sustainability across our operations. We will continue
to champion the rights and aspirations of the people we support,
and to build a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
We are deeply grateful to our staff, partners, and stakeholders for
their unwavering dedication and belief in our mission. Together, we
are shaping a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
