Key Highlights
We won Employer of the Year at the Stars of Learning
Disabilities and Autism Awards in December.
We won a contract to deliver care and support for 16 people
at Surrey County Council’s flagship new supported living
development in Horley, which officially opened in October. We
also extended our Brighton provision by taking on a complex
needs service in Peacehaven.

We established the Care Talent Collective as the leading
provider of Oliver McGowan Learning Disability & Autism
Training in Surrey, delivering over 200 courses across the local
health and social care system – and will be expanding our
delivery into Sussex in 2026.
We were rated as the top large care provider in the nationally
benchmarked Great Places to Work survey, with an overall
ranking of 35th in the large employer category. We were also
recognised as a Best Workplace for:

For the sixth year running, Active Prospects has been recognised
in the NatWest Pioneers Post SE100, the annual index of
the UK’s 100 most effective and impactful social enterprises.

we conduct internally each year to ensure their voices shape
