working in deeper collaboration.
traditional service delivery. This included developing
fundraising, growing our public profile and testing
innovative approaches that support people to live well,
connect with others and build confidence.
What this means:
•
Developing new services.
•
Growing partnerships.
•
Generating additional income and funding.
•
Driving innovation and research.
•
Building influence across health, social care
A major achievement was securing
a grant of £315k from the National
Lottery Community Fund to sustain
and grow our wellbeing coaching

and VCSE sectors.
This work builds on our co-designed wellbeing coaching
model, which combines personalised coaching, goal
setting, social prescribing, peer connection and creative
activities to help people improve their wellbeing and
reduce isolation. The funding gives us a stronger platform
to reach more people while developing a more financially
sustainable model for the future.
We also celebrated the creativity and confidence of people
involved in wellbeing coaching through our Wellbeing
Photo Exhibition. The exhibition showcased photographs
taken by members of the programme and highlighted how
creative activity can support confidence, calm, connection
and belonging. Photography walks, wellbeing retreats, and
group activities created safe, peer-led spaces where people
could explore new places, build relationships and share
experiences. The exhibition brought this work to a wider
audience and demonstrated how creative approaches can
help people feel seen, valued and understood.
