Many members tell us they felt isolated before joining the
programme. Through activities such as photography walks,
peer support groups and community activities, people have
built confidence, developed friendships and discovered new

connected to their community. We are delighted to have
secured a National Lottery Community Fund grant to
enable us to expand the programme.
